CA Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating ("we", "us") operates cacomfortair.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep this short on purpose.

Information you give us

The only ways to reach us from this site are the call button, the text-message button, and the callback request form. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number, along with whatever you choose to tell us about your heating or cooling issue and your service address. We use that information only to respond to you, schedule service, and keep a record of work performed.

If we run an ad that uses a Google call-forwarding number, Google may record the length of the call and the number you called from, and may record the call for quality purposes. Google shares this with us as part of our advertising reports.

Text messages and your phone number

When you submit the callback request form, we collect your name, phone number and a short description of your issue. We use that information only to call you back about your request. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with anyone for promotional use.

The owner of this business receives an automated SMS notification when a form is submitted, so he can return your call quickly. We do not send you marketing text messages. If we text you, it is a direct reply about your service request, typically one to three messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any messages, or HELP for assistance.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads on this site. These services place cookies in your browser and collect standard technical information such as your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We also record when a visitor taps the call or text button, so we can tell which ads are working. We do not receive your name or phone number from these tools.

How we use it

To answer service requests, provide estimates and complete work, and to measure and improve our advertising. That is all.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not send marketing text messages or automated calls.
• We only share information with service providers who help us operate (for example Google, for analytics and advertising) and where required by law.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to call or text us.

If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Call or text us at the number below and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
